About these terms

These terms cover your use of AutoProof — the consumer app, the workshop product, and this website. By using AutoProofyou agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to create a consumer account.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your phone and OTP secure.
  • You may delete your account at any time from inside the app.

How AutoProof works between you and your garage

AutoProofis a tool that helps you and your garage agree on what work was done. The contract for the actual service is between you and the garage. We don’t set prices, perform repairs, or guarantee outcomes — and we are not a party to any payment between you and the garage.

Verified evidence

We collect and store evidence in a tamper-evident way so that records can be checked rather than taken on faith. We do not warrant any specific outcome of that evidence — verification is a mechanism, not a guarantee against every possible fraud.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use AutoProof to harass, defame, or defraud anyone.
  • Don’t attempt to interfere with security or scrape data.
  • Don’t impersonate a vehicle owner or a garage you don’t represent.

Pricing

The consumer app is free. Garages pay AutoProof per vehicle serviced. Pricing can change with notice.

Liability

AutoProofis provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by Indian law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Visakhapatnam will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
